Rent your kitesurfing gear
For rentals you need to make a request at least 36 prior to the day you want to rent. You need to tell us size of kite, board, and also for wetsuit and harness. Reserve your gear by sending email to: info@kiteboardcenter.se or call us +46 (0) 70 046 40 42. Tell us your experience level, date of rental and that you have own transport to get to the right beach
We are not located right on the beach where you can walk in and rent gear. There are several beaches that is good for kitesurfing in Stockholm and selection of beach always dependent on wind direction. Beaches in Stockholm are quite small, some hazards and the wind usually gusty.
The equipment can be picked up in our shop or you can come straight to the beach. You need to show proof of experience level and that you can handle the equipment in a safe way. Bring your IKO / KSA certificate or equivalent.

The rental prices is for pick up in the shop. Add 500 kr and you want to bring gear to the beach and have choices of other kitesizes if wind speed changes.
June, July & August
Please note we have limited number of complete packages for rent during the high season. Weekends we normally do not offer rentals but check with us first. Weekdays are better. Your rental needs to be prepaid on reservation
Our rental policy
You can pick up the gear at the store on opening hours. You can also come directly to the beach to collect for an additional fee of 500 SEK
PICK UP IN SHOP
You pick up and leave your rental gear at the agreed time in the shop. You are responsible for the gear and to return it dry, packed and in the same condition as when collected.
RENT @ THE BEACH
You can rent directly @the beach if we are having lessons that day. We could adapt the right size for the windspeed if available. Fee: 500 SEK

Payment:
You swish a booking fee of 500 SEK as a reservation. You pay the rest when you pick up or when you come to the beach.

Conditions
- You need to be able to go upwind to rent gear. Documents to verify your level must be shown. (Minimum IKO L2i)
- Prepayment for all rental. Pay when you pick up the gear or at the beach
- Check your insurance cover. All damage, loss or theft is paid by lessee*
- Rental will be paid from time to pick up to time of return

Insurance
Review your insurance cover when renting kite gear. * You are 100% responsible for damages or theft and damaged / stolen gear are replaced according to the price list that is available on the contract.
Renting gear is a responsibility. Both for the equipment, yourself and your fellow surfers and beachgoers. If the equipment is stolen, lost or damaged so that it cannot be repaired, you will be liable for compensation corresponding to the market price. If it is possible to repair the equipment, you will be liable for the costs incurred and the difference between the reduced market price. Check your insurance coverage what applies to you.
Note that many car insurances do not apply to equipment stored in the car. Always keep the rental equipment dry indoors overnight. The equipment is checked when you pick it up. Any wear or damage is noted. The equipment must be returned in a clean and dry condition and packaged in the same way as for delivery.
